Chosen 1 Electric built its name in East Texas. This is the Houston division — same family, same license, same refusal to cut corners, now working out of Pasadena.
Built on jobs nobody else wanted to fix.
Chosen 1 Electric started as a one-truck operation taking the calls other contractors passed on — the tripping breaker nobody could trace, the panel three electricians had already “fixed,” the rural service run everyone said was too much trouble. Word got around, because that work got done right.
Greater Houston brought a different set of problems. Homes on original 1970s panels running modern loads. Aluminum branch circuits nobody disclosed at closing. Hurricane season that turns a nice-to-have generator into the reason your food survives. Shops and warehouses along the Ship Channel that can't afford a day of downtime for a lighting retrofit.
So we opened a Houston division in Pasadena and brought the standard with us: licensed electricians, permits pulled, flat written pricing, and a labeled panel when we leave. Residential service calls and commercial buildouts run out of the same shop, which is exactly why the work looks the same either way.
