What if you can't find it on the first visit?
Intermittent faults sometimes need a second pass with logging or a return when the symptom is active. We'll say so up front instead of inventing a fake fix.
Do you work with insurance adjusters?
Yes. We provide photo sets, thermal images, and written findings formatted for claims — common after storms and lightning on the Gulf Coast.
Is troubleshooting different from an emergency call?
Emergencies are make-safe now. Troubleshooting is find-and-fix when the house is still usable. If you're smelling smoke or the panel is hot, call the emergency line instead.
