How Chosen1 Electric LLC handles the information you share with us — through this site, over the phone, or by text.

Who we are

This website is operated by Chosen1 Electric LLC ( “Chosen 1 Electric,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a licensed electrical contractor at 111 Bearle St, Pasadena, TX 77506. This policy explains what we collect when you use this site or contact us, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

Information you give us

We only ask for what we need to quote and schedule electrical work. When you submit our quote form, call, or text us, that typically includes:

  • Your name
  • Your phone number and email address
  • The service address or city where the work is needed
  • What you need done, how soon you need it, and any details or photos you choose to send

We do not collect payment card numbers through this website. Deposits and invoices are handled separately, in person or through a payment processor that maintains its own privacy practices.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the site or search that referred you. We use this to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.

We use Google Analytics for this. Google sets cookies and may process your data on our behalf; you can opt out site-wide using Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Our quote form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

How we use your information

  • To contact you back about the work you asked about
  • To prepare a quote, schedule a visit, and perform the work
  • To keep records of jobs, permits, warranties, and inspections
  • To respond to questions, warranty claims, and service requests
  • To keep the site secure and block spam submissions
  • To meet our legal, licensing, and tax obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Calls and text messages

If you call or text the number on this site, we'll use that number to reach you about your job. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. We may send you texts about scheduling, arrival windows, and quotes — reply STOP at any time and we'll stop texting you. Calls may be recorded or transcribed for scheduling accuracy where permitted by Texas law.

Who we share information with

We share information only as far as it takes to run the business:

  • Service providers who host this site, deliver our email, run our analytics, and store our job records
  • Permitting authorities and inspectors, where a permit or inspection is required for your work
  • Suppliers or licensed subcontractors, when a specific job requires them
  • Insurers, adjusters, or attorneys — only when you've asked us to document work for a claim
  • Law enforcement or regulators when we're legally required to

Photos of completed work

We photograph our work for quality records and to show what we do. Photos published on this site and our social profiles are limited to the equipment and installation itself — we don't publish addresses, and we don't identify customers. If a photo of your property is on this site and you'd like it removed, email us and we'll take it down.

How long we keep it

Quote requests we don't act on are kept for a reasonable period and then discarded. Records tied to completed work — invoices, permits, warranty and inspection documentation — are kept as long as needed for warranty, licensing, insurance, and tax purposes.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections on this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. Please don't send sensitive information such as Social Security or financial account numbers through our forms.

Your choices and Texas privacy rights

You can ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or provide a copy of it. Texas residents have these rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. To make a request, contact us using the details below — we may need to verify your identity first, and we'll respond within the timeframe the law allows.

You can also opt out of our texts by replying STOP, opt out of analytics using the link above, and set your browser to refuse cookies. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you block cookies.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging electrical work. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we'll delete it.

Third-party links

This site links to third parties such as Google Maps and Google reviews. We don't control those services, and their own privacy policies govern what they collect.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. When we do, we'll revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
